I gave love and a piece of my life,
in a form of my time.

I cared with all goodness.
The moment it seemed you deserved even more.

Appreciation gets absent;
and precious memories a nostalgic scent.

Time called it a waste..
and now that's what remained.

Broken pieces of a crystal heart.
A question on each thought and a sprinkle of doubt.

The tear drop a medicine;
forgiveness the eraser.
I won't look back again...
