Spring has come and summer is knocking on the door.The sun has already cause a havoc because it's too hot.Here are some remedies to soothe your flushed skin:

1. Cut thin slices of cucumber and apply it on your skin leave for 10 - 15 minutes for instant relief and refreshed skin. The good side with it is that you can also apply it on your eyes (reduces swelling & dark circles). Cucumber is rich in vitamin E,an antioxidant and has lot's of water which is good for the skin.

2. Apply cold yogurt to your skin for 15 min. Yogurt is rich in proteins, and and instantly soothes the skin. Add a bit of honey for extra softness and moisture.

3. Apply aloe Vera gel and leave it in.Aloe vera is rich in minerals,helps in aiding skin healing and cools the skin.
